PMS+ provides automation, communication, and patient management systems designed for dental clinics.

We do not provide medical services, legal advice, or financial guarantees.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While PMS+ is designed to improve operational efficiency and patient handling, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or appointment volumes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare and data protection regulations
• Use PMS+ systems responsibly and legally

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement or invoice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All PMS+ software, systems, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of PMS+ unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PMS+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
